Wine in bottles or boxes?
Boxed wine (3 L) is good value for a big party and keeps fresh once opened.
Tonic bottle size?
500 ml is the best value. 200 ml bottles are handy if guests mix their own.
The calculator assumes two drinks per guest in the first hour and one per hour after that. Treat it as a guide – weather, time of day and the crowd all matter. Always offer a non-alcoholic option and water. Please enjoy responsibly.
