Ingredients

30 ml Hvítserkur Dark
30 ml crème de menthe
30 ml Þristur
After Eight and mint to garnish

Method

Shake all the ingredients hard with plenty of ice for 10–15 seconds and strain into a glass. Garnish with After Eight and mint.
