Stuðlaberg Gin

Bee's Knees

Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
22.5 ml lemon juice
15 ml honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 part water)
10 ml orange juice
Ice

Method

Shake everything with ice and double strain into a chilled glass.

Honey syrup: Stir 150 g honey into 50 g warm water and let it cool.
