Blueberry Pancake

Ingredients

40 ml Hvítserkur White
15 ml vanilla syrup
20 ml blueberry liqueur
30 ml cream
A small pancake to garnish

Method

Shake all the liquids with plenty of ice for 15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe and place a small pancake on the rim.
