Ingredients

30 ml Hvítserkur White
10 ml Triple Sec
20 ml pineapple juice
30 ml cranberry juice
Dry sparkling wine
Redcurrants

Method

Shake everything except the sparkling wine with plenty of ice for 10–15 seconds. Strain into a chilled wine glass, top up with sparkling wine and garnish with redcurrants.
