Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Blue
15 ml lime juice
90 ml ginger beer
Ice
Mint sprig and lime wheel

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice, add the gin, lime juice and ginger beer, stir gently and garnish with mint and lime.
