Blue Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Blue
20 ml grapefruit liqueur
15 ml lime juice
90 ml grapefruit soda
Ice
Grapefruit slice

Method

Build the liqueur and lime over ice and add the grapefruit soda. Pour the gin gently on top, garnish with grapefruit and stir before drinking.
