Blue Sour

Ingredients

45 ml Loki Vodka
15 ml blue curaçao
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
30 ml pasteurised egg white
Dried citrus wheel

Method

Shake first without ice, then with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a dried citrus wheel.
