A strawberry daiquiri sour Davíð Blessing created for us.

Ingredients

60 ml Hvítserkur White
30 ml burnt and smoked strawberry syrup
20 ml egg white
30 ml lemon juice

Method

Shake first with ice, remove the ice and shake again. Fine strain into a coupe.
