Icelandic Mai Tai

Ingredients

45 ml Hvítserkur White
15 ml Cointreau
30 ml lime juice
15 ml orgeat syrup
15 ml Hvítserkur Spiced to float

Method

Shake the white rum, Cointreau, lime juice and orgeat with ice and strain over crushed ice. Float the Hvítserkur Spiced on top.
