Irish Coffee

No coffee machine needed – Rökkvi takes care of the coffee.

Ingredients

50 ml Rökkvi
15 ml Hvítserkur
1 tbsp brown sugar
Hot water
Whipped cream
Chocolate

Method

Mix everything except the cream and chocolate in a heatproof glass and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Top with cream and garnish with chocolate.
