Stuðlaberg Gin

Ingredients

45 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml fruit tea syrup from Tefélagið
20 ml lemon juice
15 ml aquafaba
2 sprays of orange flower water
Fruit tea to garnish

Method

Put everything into a shaker, fill with ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with fruit tea.
