Hvítserkur White

Mojito

Ingredients

45 ml Hvítserkur White
20 ml lime juice
2 tsp white sugar
6 sprigs of mint
Soda water
Crushed ice
Lime and mint

Method

Gently press the mint with the sugar and lime juice in a glass – or in half a coconut if you want to treat yourself. Add a splash of soda, then crushed ice and the rum, top up with soda and stir gently. Garnish with lime and mint.
