Passion Fruit Cooler

Ingredients

40 ml Hvítserkur White
40 ml passion fruit juice
Juice of 1 lime wedge
80 ml soda water
Ice
½ passion fruit and dried lime

Method

Fill a stemmed glass with ice, add the rum, passion fruit juice and lime juice. Top up with soda, stir gently and garnish.
