Peach Please

Ingredients

½ peach in pieces
A few mint leaves
Juice of ½ lemon
15 ml peach juice
45 ml Hvítserkur Spiced
Mint to garnish

Method

Muddle peach and mint with lemon juice, add peach juice and rum and shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with mint.
