Stuðlaberg Gin

Pineapple & Basil Smash

Ingredients

50 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
75 ml pineapple juice
15 ml lime juice
15 ml simple syrup
8 basil leaves
30 ml soda water
Basil sugar on part of the rim
Dried pineapple and basil

Method

Rim part of the glass with basil sugar. Gently muddle the basil with the syrup and lime, shake with the gin, pineapple juice and ice and fine strain over fresh ice. Add the soda and garnish.
