Pineapple Rum Fizz

Ingredients

45 ml Hvítserkur Dark
22.5 ml pineapple juice
22.5 ml lime juice
22.5 ml simple syrup
30 ml soda water
30 ml coconut milk, frothed
Mint and dried citrus

Method

Shake the rum, juices and syrup with ice and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Add the soda and spoon frothed coconut milk on top. Garnish.
