Ingredients

60 ml Stuðlaberg Pink Gin
250 ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
Ice
Dried lime wheel and fresh mint

Method

Fill a large stemmed glass with ice, add the gin and tonic and stir gently. Garnish with dried lime and mint.
