Rum Old Fashioned

Ingredients

50 ml Hvítserkur Dark
5 ml simple syrup
2–3 dashes orange bitters
Ice
Orange peel

Method

Stir the rum, syrup and bitters with ice for about 30 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, express the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
