Rum Paloma

Ingredients

40 ml Hvítserkur White
5 ml lime juice
5 ml simple syrup
80 ml grapefruit soda
Ice
Grapefruit peel

Method

Add the rum, lime juice and syrup to a rocks glass full of ice, add the grapefruit soda and stir gently. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
