Ingredients

40 ml Stuðlaberg Gin
15 ml lemon juice
So Natural green juice (with spinach)
Spinach and a gold straw

Method

Shake the gin and lemon juice with ice, strain into a chilled glass, top up with the green juice and garnish with spinach.
