Spiced Rum Sour

Ingredients

50 ml Hvítserkur Spiced
25 ml orange juice
25 ml lime juice
12.5 ml simple syrup
15 ml egg white
Dried orange

Method

Shake everything without ice first, then again with ice. Fine strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with dried orange.
