Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

50 ml Hvítserkur White
25 ml simple syrup
25 ml lime juice
3 strawberries
Strawberry to garnish

Method

Muddle the strawberries in a shaker, add the rest and shake well with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a strawberry.
