Ingredients

30 ml Hvítserkur Dark
20 ml lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
American light beer
Lemon slice

Method

Shake everything except the beer with plenty of ice, strain into a highball glass with ice, top up with beer and garnish with lemon.
